fixed Unable to use STPT ≥26 as Bullseye

Hello,

I created a MKPT 26 using OFLY in the Viper and then proceeded to try to assign STPT 26 as Bullseye. This does not work in the current openbeta version (as of 2022-06-15). In Wags Bullseye update from October 2021 he states that STPT 1-99 are valid candidates for Bullseye.

Is this working as intended?
