I have noticed these things that I am not sure if they are normal

The directional gyro and the magnetic compass does not agree. For example in the startup tutorial and I get the impression he suggests they should.

My assigned buttons do not always work. For example the button to bring up the communication menu does not work in instant action missions. But no problem in the tutorials. Another example the water injection button does not work in the tutorials but in the instant action missions.

When testing the magnetos after startup I see no drop att all in rpm. Is that normal ? Should there not be at least some slight drop in rpm ?

Directional gyro is not linked to magnetic compass, is should be adjusted to match manually and corrected during the sortie since gyros tend to drift in time or during active maneuvering/taxiing on bumpy surfaces. I think it starts aligned with compass at the mission start after gyro spins up.

Comms menu button issue may be linked to easy communications setting in particular mission, but for me it always worked (use COMM PTT, not "communications menu" button bind)

Water injection will not work if water tank set as empty in the mission, otherwise I haven't seen issues with it.

Magnetos give RPM drop of about 60-80 with either left or right one active, it may be "masked" if your RPM is being regulated by governor (i.e. constant speed automation capping RPM at set value), then this little drop will be immediately compensated by slight prop pitch decrease. During engine runup (30 in Hg, 2000 RPM) RPM drop with single magneto is present and noticeable.
