not realistic EPLRS weapon inhibit

EPLRS weapon inhibit if target is friendly.  Should appear as blue in GeorgeAI CP/G target menu .

For george I'd agree that there should be some kind of indication of what he's targeting. The apache itself doesn't care what you shoot at and won't inhibit weapons fire.
