the "winter attack" demo shows exactly how attacks would be

approached using the black shark... it certainly takes time.

Hi aledmb,

What is the winter demo? Where can we see it?

Thanks,

If you're finding the helo hard to fly, )make sure the three auto pilot buttons are lit up (not necc the alt hold, but the other three.

She almost flies of rails when you have them set ...

Remember that small moves of the controls work well. Most of the time i find myself almost 'leaning on the joystick' instead of pushing it around.

Trim, and trim often.

She takes a long time to slow down from 250 km/hr to a hover, so think ahead...

Just making an example here, not saying I disagree, I have read thru more posts that i can count here, downloaded tips and hints, tutorials, producers notes etc. one thing I find consistant is inconsistancy. I know there are different views on how things should be done, and the fact that there is a community out there with people who put alot of time into helping others is fantastic. I found that different folks are doing different things to accomplish pretty much the same thing. I am struggling a bit myself and I keep reaching out to these forums for guidence, and it has pretty much help me alot. I do find howerever on mateers such as this "make sure the three auto pilot buttons are lit up (not necc the alt hold, but the other three."Now I see people saying to set all 4 or only 1 or 2 etc. I personally set all 4.

"Trim, and trim often." Now I have been working on this for weeks, Responses in the forums vary tremendiously on this approach, even the producers note 10 specifically mentions that he doesnt do it often?

Starting the aircraft, boy, have I seen alot of different combinations of that!

My point I guess is that there does not seem to be a simple solid answer for particulars, I have kinda taken everyones advice and melted then together, and I know over time I will adapt to my own methods once I REALLY understand what it is i am actually doing. Thanks for all the help folks,,,,,

Hey aledmb,

Ah, cool, I had forgotten about those!

Best regards,

Tutorial in the manual would have been -very- nice. The training videos are great and all, but basically I'm going to have to go through them and write down everything anyway. A nice written version will allow me to hit Pause and look for the next keyboard command.
