Legacy version means that this Campaign is now obsolete, as there is a much newer version of it ... it should still work, but is hard to diagnose and help, since you provide no details (at least the specific mission where you noted the problem and a track file if possible). I played this Campaign many years ago, on 2016, it was one of the first paid Campaigns that I played.
