@Denwagg He has set it to both eyes as he mentioned. I believe he is doing this because he has a reason for that.

As he also mentioned , it was working fine before the last patch. 
 

so pls tell me why u give him such a stupid answer ?

in DCS VR options go to IPD while you are in the cockpit be pressing escape. 

tick the option and adjust the values, see if you notice any difference, you may find setting a value here helps with the double vision.

It has always been like that for me, and it seems normal because IHADSS if use for both eye should be focused at infinity (or alt least far enough to aim objects away), So if you put something focused at infinity on top of a near object like the cockpit, it won't match.
