Exorcet Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 This behavior has cropped up in the recent past and it's pretty annoying. AI will perform their mission, then turn around, but never make it home because they waste all their fuel flying erratically. It seems like they might be trying to reform with each other, but the lead never settles into a predictable flight path for wingmen to follow. It makes the AI incapable of flying even short routes if afflicted with this bug. icecold951 Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 I've seen this pre update in my last campaign I had made. But in that case, it was during takeoff and settling in on initial leg on a carefully planned route. I have not seen it yet, but no currently made mission involves a strike flight returning. Have you tested an older mission to see if you get the same results? I'll try and look at this myself after I test my current afterburner crazy bug. I may have that answer today.
