I've assembled and tested dozens of AIOs on PCs and these Arctic Liquid Freezer II are IMO the best you can get for the money. Simplest and most effective I've used, quality is noticeably high. Not using one in my personal rig (Scythe Fuma II air-cooler doing great) but have never had a problem recommending these specific Arctic AIOs to friends and newcomers to tech stuff.
Honest and ethically correct stuff like this from Arctic reinforces that.
