solved JTAC bugged since last update??

I'm having a tough time getting JTac going in mission editor since the last update. JTac will not fire laser even though he says "lasing". My sensors just aren't picking it up. I've tried putting him inside of 1k, 2k and even 3k meters (3k meters I get No Mark even with clear LOS) to the target and nothing seems to work. I have the FAC Assign set to WP-Laser designation. Is this bugged or has something changed with the format?

My method:

Contact Jtac

create WP from JTac coordinates 

switch wypt to tgt 

complete JTac comms sequence

IP inbound within 10 miles of target

Mark on the deck

request laser on within 5 miles of target

JTac responds with laser on and then "lasing"

Target indicator does not switch off from waypoint to laser. I've even tried just dropping the bombs over the tgt area to see if they would pick up a laser but they aren't being guided at all.

Am I missing something here?

Figured it out. The wypt elevation was too high so it wasn't picking up the laser.
