Ed-B Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 Hi All I am having issues with my Thrustamster HOTAS Warthog throttle. Over the last few weeks I have noticed that, when I open up the throttles, the speed dies back and when I close the, the speed increases ! i.e. they are doing the reverse of what they should be doing. I also use Microsoft Flight Simulator and IL2 and the same thing is happening there as well. I have checked the Windows 11 USB Game Controller Settings and it seems this is where the problem really is. When I look at the Thrustmaster throttle settings, they start being 100% open and when I move the throttle forward, the Windows 11 USB Game Controller starts to reduce i.e. it is doing the complete reverse of what it should be doing (I hope this makes sense). Has anyone found a similar issue and, if so, how did they manage to fix it. I should add that I can go in to each sim and invert the throttle setting but that doesn't seem to be the right things to although it does work. Any advice would be gratefully received. Many thanks, Ed
Flappie Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 No such issue for me, but you can invert axis in DCS (Axis Tune button). 1 ---
MAXsenna Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 I had to manually reverse the axis for the toe brakes in most modules. Not an issue. Like you said yourself. Just reverse it. Before I got a "real" collective for helicopters, I always reversed the axis for my throttle. Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
