Bob1943 Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 I am trying to make some F-16 external landing videos with a camera (F11) set at the runway thresh-hold. However, I need to stay in the F1 cockpit view so I can still fly the airplane during the landing. Is it possible to have an external camera (F11) recording a movie while you are in the F1 view?

When your done, save the track (svar track button after you've left the aircraft). And then you can replay the track all you want, change views and record. Tracks do get broken sometimes, so make it as short as possible. Seems multiplayer tracks do not get broken in the same way. So you can run DCS locally as a server and play your mission on that, and might even get better performance, as it then would run on a other core, as DCS currently is single core. Cheers!
Devrim Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 An addition; When you have started to play track, hit F11 and no more touch anything. Especially don't manipulate the time speed. Saved the track, but cannot find an app that will play it. Is it supposed to be viewed within DCS? Never mind, I found the track player in DCS. Works great, thanks again.
