Today I'm testing also M2 and 3 (will not make a video of them, since the changes are very minor), and then I will set to finish my first Weapons Training mission (for Gun Strafing), in time for updating the User Files entry.

Haha, I never even thought of turning the wrong way on the taxiway or speeding there. Looks like you've covered all your bases!

 you’d be amazed at what actions a novice pilot can do .. I enjoy trying to make this type of mission as fail-safe as possible. I also like to give options to skip some parts of the mission, like on the landing or navigation ones. The ability to interrupt most voiceovers is actually more for me than for the users, as I have to fly the missions a lot of times while debugging it, its a real timesaver

Hi,

Just a note to inform that I added a 4th mission to this set, my first for Weapons training:

 

 

 

Next will be very similar missions for Rockets and Bombs, I edited them to not only teach each weapons procedure, but also to serve as practice missions, to improve one's markmanship

I'm finishing my Rocket Training mission, and I must admit that I'm a bit amazed at the precision that the rudimentary sight of the Bronco affords, clearly practice helps a lot

Hi,

Just another note to report that I added mission M07 to this set, to cover Dive Bombing ... I placed a video walktrough of it on the first post of the thread.

Next I will work on a low-level bombing mission, to cover the use of Snakeye Bombs. The last mission will be one on Air-Air missile use, against practice drones.

Hi again,

 

Just finished adding mission M08 for low-level bombing. I have edited the 1st post to reflect this addition. Here is a short video of the attack part of the mission:

 

 

Now only the last mission remains to be done: Air-Air missile use, against practice drones. With that this set will be complete, tough most likely it will have to be revised once a new version of this Mod appears.

Hello,

 

I've just uploaded the last mission for this training series, covering Air-Air Missile employment .. here is a video showing how it works, it's not the fully final version (that video is still uploading at YT), but it is close enough, just a couple of minor bugs that don't detract from the video (the suggested sight depression is wrong, leave it at default):

 

 

The file at DCS User Files is now updated, but I will edit the thread's first post only once the final video is ready. In the meantime, you can already download the latest version of the file if you want.

This mission is the final one on this Series, I will send them to the Mod's developer and hopefully they will be added to the Mod. Now I will leave the Bronco aside and return to the Mirage F1, as it's another aircraft that I enjoy. Best regards,
