reported earlier Rudder bugged?

Something seems to be very off with the rudder - with every slightest movement it bounces from side to side and ends up completely off trimmed to one side, makes it impossible to get back in middle postion or even control plane normally. Would really like to love this module, but this just makes it impossible.
