fixed IFLOLS goes off when lined up a smidgen right

As in the title, the ball goes dark even though I'm almost on centerline.

 

Tested planes: F18, F14

Tested carriers: Stennis, Forrestal, Abe

 

How to reproduce:

- Talk to a carrier

- Approach direct

- 1 to half a mile behind it, steer right to get off to the right of centerline

 

Expected behavior:

- Ball stays on

Actual behavior:

- Ball goes dark

 

I don't know what the correct procedures are for a waveoff on too far right, but as it is now, it's almost impossible to touchdown right of the centerline, that seems a bit overzealous.
