Using Latitude / Longitude points to line up the runway

I noticed on the airport schematics that there are triangles to aid in approaches to the airport.  I'm kinda confused as to where to get the coordinates for these triangles.  For example in the attached pic I've highlighted / circled one of approach triangles.  Which coordinates listed on the diagram page apply to this approach triangle.  Any help would be appreciated.  thanks in advance.

These triangles are Compulsory Reporting Points (CRP) and, as the name implies, have to be reported upon passing. They have to be overflown during the visual arrival, unless otherwise instructed by ATC or requested by the pilot. The respective coordinates are published in the VAD Flip.
Just for further information, these CRP are located at or close to prominent landmarks, to facilitate the determination of position.

In real life these information are publicly available. I.e. Nordholz ETMN.

Edit: Just read the post again, the coordinates for the highlighted Initial RWY07 are not listed in the picture.

In this example set the TACAN to Kutaisi, fly radial 248 and initial is at 5nm DME. Or listen to ATC - they'll tell you "Fly heading xxx for yy nm (to 5 nm initial), runway 07 (imagine the geometry for the turn)".
