"Blocky" water in OpenXR whilst using upscaling (FSR or NIS)

Here's a bit of an odd one.

With the 2.8 update, the water on the Gulf map has gone all "blocky" when in VR, using OpenXR and either NIS or FSR upscaling.

This happened with both high and medium settings of water.

 

From a quick sanity check, I did NOT experience the above issue:

 - In any other map and I have and tried all of the other DCS maps

 - When upscaling was disabled

 

Please do advise if you need any more info/testing.
