fixed KD-63 ALCM Terminal Guidance Broken

With the 2.8 update, I've noticed that KD-63s launched from AI H6J Bombers seemingly go dumb and drop to into the ocean/ground less than 10 miles from their targets. In the video I have linked, Anderson AFB is the target. This behavior did not occur in DCS 2.7.18.

I've done my own test and provided a .miz as a sample to show the issue. It shows the H-6 launching the KD-63 at around it's max range. It's not like the missiles as the engine is still running as it's hitting the ground. It appears as if the missile goes dumb and just slowly drifts until it hits the ground right where it'd be going terminal to the target.

@Gkenny Please remember Tacview recordings don't help testers and devs to reproduce an issue. DCS tracks/missions do. Anyway, thanks for the heads up. I executed @Killshot0597's mission in 2.7 and 2.8 and I can see the difference.

Sorry for the very late reply, I only got around to testing it just now. It does seem to be fixed now yes. In fact i notice some jinking around during flight which seems like new behavior i have not seen before.

Actually, I'm still seeing some weird stuff. Half of the missiles reach their target can be seen circling around. I've bumped the report.
