fixed Carrier IFLOLS visibility linked to visible range?

I have visible range set to HIGH for VR settings. IFLOLS on all carriers (Freeware and Supercarrier) is not visible until roughly 1/2 mile. With higher visible range settings the IFLOLS appears to be visible from greater distance. Prior to 2.8 the IFLOLS was visible from at least 1.0~1.5nm with visible range set to HIGH.

Separate issue, I think. The alignment issue started in June. This issue didn't start until 2.8. Additionally, the IFLOLS doesn't appear until about 1/2 mile in CASE III with needles showing perfect centerline, indicating a visible range issue rather than an alignment issue in this scenario.
