As soon as i turned that off the rain looked normal, maybe you have a similar config/settings?

So you have an nV card, you won't see anything to do with Adaptive AA since it's an ATI feature.....sorry bud, i don't really know whats causing your issue then :(

H-street Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 i would suspect the 8500GT, that is about as low budget a card as you can get for gaming.. the 8400 being the only one lower.. infact a while ago we already saw someone with issues on a lower budget card dealing with texture issues.. not here to be the bringer of bad news but when i saw the 8500GT that is the first thing i would suspect..

H-street Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 well good luck then.. you come asking for advice and if you aren't really wanting to even think it could be the problem then i'll leave you to figure it out on your own.. irregardless of what you think the 8500GT is pretty low budget, i have one myself and compared even to my 9600GT it is bad.. i'm not saying it is the actual problem, but if you aren't willing to even investigate it then i'm not sure you are really interested in fixing your problem.

Game play good and all and a bit of rain is not that bad i can live with out no rain, but now Im learning a bit more about the game and there is major issues with it. But trust me I been around games about 25 years and If I got Yager game to run on DOS i can get this bug infested Alpha stage English Version to run, oh I did get it to run, now Im working out bugs... But everytime I run into a issue I get atack that is my computer. <--- No is not. It still does it, but now the raindrops look like the regular one I don't know how to explain this, before they used to get really big now is just normal not to enoying and playable. Also I think the server is using a script to restart the mission maybe that has something to do with it a Mission Rotator.
