Hanging around the B17´s wasnt a good idea. And german attacked with a whole staffel or group or even more.

So one pass haul ass with a whole schwarm aiming at a single bomber sure heightes the rate of success.

Yes, that's what I said in the beginning of the video, it's just a sterile experiment. They didn't aim at the same bomber though, but usually the same squadron for a bigger psychological effect.
