So how do I actually download the BS3?

I bought the upgrade, but I have no option in the game to download it. What do?

Go to the module manager ingame. A window should pop up telling you it's possible to download it.

Yea that's exactly what I mean, there is nothing there about the BS3, it doesn't appear on the list to buy either.

Did you get a payment confirmation e-mail from the ED store? If not, your payment hasn't actually processed yet and you can't download it until it does

Then make sure you are running the latest open beta version of DCS, 2.8.1.something

No. Has to be 2.8.1 or later. 

It is listed in red when you look at the BS3 module page

Are you on Stable or Open Beta? Black Shark 3 requires Open Beta.
