w.i.p f-18 Bit failures and fix

Hello

Problem: anytime i refit and refuel, i stArt getting bit failures. I start the process to fix them, holding down rest while clicking bit on the right screen and I am stuck with:

FCS-MC: Go

Sensors: not ready

stores: not ready

Comm: Not Ready

Nav: Go

Displays: not ready

Status Monitor: Not ready

EW: Not ready

Not sure what i am doing wrong since the process worked prior.

I get most of these with a cold start too. The simple answer is that the BIT system is still substantially incomplete.

Given these do not affect any operational capability, I understand why BIT completion is probably a very low priority. (Personally, a doubt it’ll ever be fully implemented). Which is a shame, as it drives the OCD in me crazy.

Please attach a track. That's the best way to learn if it's something that you do or smply a bug to fix.

Yes! i noticed aster the most recent update, anytime i add weapons on the ramp, i get master caution with flight controls. I go through the reset procedures as prescribed in DCS and i never get past in test or fail in most of them. I am using the same procedures as always, any insight on that or did they release new procedures?

Flappie, i will try to recreate the mission and send over a track file.

 

One more question: do you guys use a one handed keyboard or some other hardware that allows you to "memorize" certain keys (commands) while flying in VR so i don't have to keep looking under the googles? Was looking at something like the Razer Tartarus Pro or similar. Its really bugging me because my X-56 hotas is limited on mappings and trying to feel the regular keyboard in the heat of the moment is quite cumbersome and has cost me more lives than i care to admit.
