New to the Bf109... what does "New cooling system model is integrated"? in the patch notes mean?

What the topic says In the latest patch notes from the Dec 16 patch. Just got the Bf109 during the most recent sale so don't know the in and outs of this bird which I love so far.

What is this cooling system and what does it entail; do the other warbirds already have it?

It and all other warbirds got the cooling model reworked. So the behaviour has been tuned.

New cooling system contain, better cooling physics, new types of things like coolant boiling off, new engine over heat damage. This is what i noticed so far.
