razo+r Posted December 25, 2022 Posted December 25, 2022 SC = Bombs with around 50% explosives SD = Bombs with around 30% explosives Number = total weight Letter after = Type of construction (Stg = cast steel, J = steel, L2 = 2 types of steels used, A = cast iron or steel (not sure)) Not sure about the letter after the number, but that's what I've been able to find about it.
JG11Preusse Posted December 25, 2022 Author Posted December 25, 2022 Thank you very much ..... SC for light armored and infantry and SD for more heavy armored targets, right ?
razo+r Posted December 25, 2022 Posted December 25, 2022 Not necessarily. SD had a higher peneration capability or created more fragmentation while the SC was rather a general purpose. In DCS there is no difference, both types have the same values and explosive mass.
JG11Preusse Posted December 25, 2022 Author Posted December 25, 2022 thanks again and have great xmas days
Nealius Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 Are any differences planned? It seems pointless to have so many versions with no difference between them.
