Co-ordinates and the JTAC - no good for F-16

The JTAC only gives co-ords in MGRS, which we cannot enter into the F-16. Would it be possible to have him give Lat/Long when we contact him please?

yes you can. go to the DEST page on the DED (List -> 1) or simply change to Steerpoint 21-25 using the STPT page (4 on ICP)  and then you should have Waypoints 21-25 that can be entered as MGRS (dobber right "SEQ" to switch between LAT-LONG and MGRS)

Just tried that and it works! Chuck's guide suggested it couldn't be edited but it does work, although it's so complicated.

It isn't really, once you used it a couple times very quick to add a new waypoint

These methods aren't working for me any more. Can anyone successfully enter MGRS into the Viper please?
