zaGURUinzaSKY Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 I noticed that sometime the 4 bottoms on the right of my leg (bank hold / pitch hold / alt hold /heading hold) reflects the outside light in a way that in daylight is difficult to understand if it's pressed or not. Sometime reflection is so strong that an OFF button looks brighter of an ON button... Did you notice the same? Robbie.
Shaman Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Yes, same thing here. Notice the brighter reflective OFF one, is an even lighter blue ;) 51PVO Founding member (DEC2007-) 100KIAP Founding member (DEC2018-) :: Shaman aka [100☭] Shamansky tail# 44 or 444 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] 100KIAP Regiment Early Warning & Control officer
Majesco Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 yep, same here So, i think when you have a look on them in some "special" light conditions, brighter blue buttons mean they're OFF :D ON buttons look darker ^^

Distance1000 Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 Yes but compare to real world, it´s happening daily in the cockpit of my Boeing :-( and I only can shade the windows to reduce the sunglare!
zaGURUinzaSKY Posted January 24, 2009 Author Posted January 24, 2009 true, but here we cannot shade the butons with our hands, so maybe a compromise with realism and usability would be good Robbie.
