resolved C AUX status not synced on crew join

When joining the aircraft, the center tank status is not synchronized when the cpg joins the aircraft. This leads to a permanent desync. Fuel values in the center tank are synchronized either from the back seat or the active pilot, unsure which, regardless of the valve/pump status.

Server track is PLT (Me), self hosted.
Client track is CPG joining after aircraft startup.

Noticed the same problem and  my human cpg has different fuel status than me, told her to transfer fuel from aft to fwd (she was sharing screen with me and the fuel values are different).

You can't route fuel from the drop tanks anymore (L and R). the same with aux Center tank.

Syncing between cockpits is still WIP. We are investigating this particular instance at the moment.
