PLUTON Posted January 25, 2023 Author Posted January 25, 2023 Hello everyone, so how I mentioned it on Saturday I installed DCS WORLD on my son's pc and also installed my Hotas Warthog Joystick but as for my pc, his pc recognized my Hotas Warthog Joystick but not DCS WORLD but coming back today ( the angel) give me a procedure to follow with graphics and explanation which of course I will follow to the letter tomorrow Thursday and I will come back to you to keep you informed of the results obtained. Of course I was very touched by the efforts and the help that you bring me so once again a big thank you to all of you. Good flight gentlemen
PLUTON Posted January 26, 2023 Author Posted January 26, 2023 hello angel I started the procedure you sent me but here it appears in device manager but not as HID but the installation cannot continue because in programe/thrustmaster /hotas:warthog I did not read file (firmware update so I am stuck. What do you propose? null
PLUTON Posted January 26, 2023 Author Posted January 26, 2023 helo, how can i have a firmware update because the Package drivers - Hotas Warthog - 2018_TMHW_1 + Firmware ne me gives no firmware, it only installs the driver, not the firmware! How should I proceed?

PLUTON Posted January 26, 2023 Author Posted January 26, 2023 It is no longer worth looking for, sir, I have found the problem, it was simply the socket on the magnetic base of the hotas warthog which was to be pushed in, I took it apart then connected it to the stick and I connected it to the computer without reassemble it (to see) and it worked but the problem is that when reassembling it the plug wires were unsoldered from this one and now I don't know what place the files have on the plug so I'm in the . .... Does anyone know the location of the wires on the outlet? If so would be nice to have a picture Thanks in advance
PLUTON Posted February 1, 2023 Author Posted February 1, 2023 Hello gentlemen here is what I did, as the socket of my magnetic thrustmaster hotas base was broken I directly welded the corresponding wires together and screwed the joystick of the A10 on it (well I can no longer put another one in place but it works like before. As for the Gripp of the F18, I bought a new magnetic base at 130 euros for this one, so it will give me a spare in the event of a problem. In the meantime, I thank you all for spending the time and thought to give me lots of advice and help me. Once again thank you and good flight gentlemen DCS pilots 1
