KH-25 Causing Engine Failure

Hello, I have recently been relearning the KA-50 on the BS3 Model and I have been encountering a strange issue. Everytime I fire the kh-25 missile it causes an engine failure and sends me to the deck. Not quite sure why this is happening and can't find many answers online, is there anyone that knows what causes this?

Missile exhaust ingestion causes engine stall now since BS3 update. You need to fire them from at least around 120 km/h forward speed.
