If you are using Corsair ique software for water cooling or lighting uninstall it. Your pump is controlled by the motherboard. The only thing this software is doing is monitoring temps and controlling the lights. It has a huge overhead and causes micro stutters in VR. I found this information in other game sites and did not believe it at first. Then I tried by shutting it down and the information was true. I then tried to disable the software from running but it would not stop reloading on startup. The only way to completely stop it from running was to uninstall it. The end result in MP was a much smoother game with very limited frame drops.

If you have these symptoms you may want to give it a try. It worked for me. Your results may vary.

I am using icue software for my corsair watercooler and not seeing any issue currently, but I will pay more attention to it in case.
