Bring back Kh-28

Now that you have removed Kh-28, I as a member of "antiradar God stick appreciation club" must request you bring it back.

I'm afraid other members are not as calm as me and will take issue with removal shenanigans.

Just because it had no texture is no reason not to make a texture and remove it. Anyway you make it, it won't stick out from 15 polygon Su17 that carried it.

We will restore it later when missile get new 3D, flight and guidance model.
