Tanker Refuel, the tanker always goes up and down as seen in the track I am attaching TRK file. I hope it is replayable.

doesn't matter what aircraft I refuel, what speed.. does the same thing with every type of tanker and aircraft. I am also in VR.

Unfortunately your track did not replay properly, I couldn't see any odd tanker behavior. Perhaps try a shorter track, you can use time deceleration or active pause to set your cockpit faster.

Awaiting: DCS F-15C

a-a start, got in cockpit readied A-10C aircraft, flew to tanker, very short trk file.

The setup took quite a bit of time, during which the plane was all over the place, and this made the track even longer because of the need to rejoin the tanker. The track could be made shorter by doing what I mentioned before, or you could try setting up autopilot to fly level while you manage switches to minimize the chance of lost/corrupted inputs.

yes, shorter... to me my altimeter was level and the tanker was doing the up and down like a sine wave... I want to know if other pilots see the tanker level and my plane level or do they see something I don't see.. ? I tried doing the trk without being in VR< but my setup (controls) are for VR, and so I am unable to do the views correctly to show non-vr trk. But the result was the same in a non vr flight.

I used to take videos and do editing, but that was ages ago. Does anyone use any (free) video editing software and edit their track file videos to cut them? I would prefer editing the long unimportant parts out than keep on making traks. Thanx

again, the tanker goes up and down, a yoyo when I approach the boom. I have been up in real life in the USAF refueling, and non of this nonsense in real life..

Many thanks for your track. I replayed it and I can see the tanker altitude stays firmly between 15999 ft and 16000 ft. Your think the tanker keeps moving up and down, but you are.

See for yourself: replay your track, hit F2 twice and watch your aircraft from the tanker perspective.
