The Ks-19 does effectively zero damage to non ww2-damage-model modules. You can happily fly straight and level through hundreds of flak guns and suffer basically no consequences. Keep in mind that if a more sensible amount of flak guns is used, they are effectively harmless as the flak round do nothing unless they score a direct hit.
