Hi.
I use Oculus Rift S with my DCS.
After installing Openxr Toolkit, I only saw the Press Ctrl F2 image once, then never saw this image again and after many tries, I didn't see any Openxr Toolkit menu.
Can someone tell what I did wrong or what should I do to use the toolkit?
I have downloaded DCS open beta and also normal DCS program and tried but no success.

Thanks for your help.

You need to launch DCS in openxr mode..

Be sure you have setup the oculus software as default runtime for openxr, then launch dcs world with this setting in the shortcut:

null --force_VR  --force_OpenXR

No. After reinstalling due to OpenXR Toolkit, I use the normal DCS World.

Do I have to use the open beta?

Currently yes, native openxr support hasn't been rolled out to stable branch yet.  You can continue to use open composite if you still want to stay on stable 🙂

Yes Sir.

Hello,

So i tried some OpenXR settings within OpenXRToolkit ( many settings ! )

FSR 100% and Sharpening 60% make object to be more delimited

The FPS are 45hz maximum on my rig, but this is acceptable and better for my eyes .
( i can get 90hz some time with occulus native api with same DCS settings )

What settings do you have choose ?

--force_VR  --force_OpenXR

It should be [...]\bin\dcs.exe" --force_enable_VR --force_OpenXR

Sorry to reply to old topic, but this came up first when searched. I tried that OpenXR toolkit with my Rift S, but for some reason I cannot get my DCS (or any other game) to show up in the list in toolkit. There was some download link for replacement .dll:s but the link didn't work. What do I need to do?

If you are running the MT version then it should run in open xr, so OXRTK should run automatically. You don't need to use the per game install of open composite. That was only really needed for pre-MT versions.

Now That I started it with MT option, it worked fine! Thanks a lot!
