Is it possible in the a10c to set up waypoints/steerpoints that use course heading and deviation that changes automatically as you fly over each waypoint?.... either via the ME or even CDU.

The f15c (FC) aircraft does it perfectly without any user changes inputs needed.

I want to avoid manually inputting course changes on the HSI after each waypoint is reached if poss!

Negative.  The F-15C does it perfectly because it is a lo-fi aircraft.  You'll have to manually spin the HSI in the A-10.  That said, the waypoints can cycle automatically in the HUD/on the TAD.

IIRC, if the STEER switch is in FLT PLN, all steering is done in TO-TO mode, which means the CDI will read correctly no matter where the course arrow is pointed, so technically you wouldn't have to touch the CRS knob.

Of course, if the course arrow is not pointing up, you can really confuse yourself to death...
