Mr. Wilson Posted March 10, 2023 Posted March 10, 2023 To restore the history, I add a link to the previous reports So today a patch has been released that indicates a solution to the problem with the CZ function (TGP). Unfortunately, tests have shown that the problem has not been fixed. I hope my new track file will help you see the true roots of this problem... CZ3.trk 1
ED Team Lord Vader Posted March 13, 2023 ED Team Posted March 13, 2023 Hi @Mr. Wilson So I tested your track and can't figure out what you're trying to do, to be honest. I also had some script errors running this track, btw. Testing on a clean simple mission, even performing some extreme maneuvers, every time I pressed CZ I always had the TPOD reset to the right position. Same with TMS aft. Please try to create a track in a simple non scripted mission created in the latest DCS version. Remember older scripted missions can create problems. Esquadra 701 - DCS Portugal - Discord
Sadhu Posted March 14, 2023 Posted March 14, 2023 (edited) Hi there! Maybe I missed something in the beta patches, but I'm also experiencing similar issues with TGP alignment. MT Before takeoff, I input coordinates in the DED, and coordinates in the DED and on the TGP page match. However, right after takeoff, coordinates displayed on the TGP change. During the flight, I periodically press "TMS.aft" to perform CZ and almost every time coordinate point shifts. Then, I proceed with landing, press "TMS.aft" again, and coordinates sync up with the DED once more. I've attached track for reference. I also want to note that when I press "TMS.aft" during an active pause, coordinates always match. But as soon as the flight is resumed, the shifting issue appears. f16_TGP_TMSaft_shift.trk Edited March 14, 2023 by Sadhu

Mr. Wilson Posted October 21, 2023 Author Posted October 21, 2023 I wrote about this problem a long time ago in the spring, I would like to know at what stage this problem is now because it was previously reported that this bug was confirmed and transferred to work, but DСS 2.9 was already released and the problem remained in the same place... Thanks 2
Mr. Wilson Posted February 22, 2024 Author Posted February 22, 2024 @BIGNEWY @NineLine I want to refresh and remind you that the problem was reported a year ago and is still alive, I really wanted it to be fixed... Thank you for your attention. 1
RogueRunner Posted February 23, 2024 Posted February 23, 2024 what exactly did this entry in the patch notes fix? Quote Fixed: Cursor Zero/SPI system not working in A-G. Before the patch I had to press CZ OSB on the ground radar to reset the nav waypoints after creating a SPI. The HOTAS CZ function did not do this. I could never figure out from the posts if this was intentional and working as is or a bug. The above entry I thought was to address this but it still is not working. With the price of ammunition these days do not expect a warning shot.

Mr. Wilson Posted February 24, 2024 Author Posted February 24, 2024 This problem was reported a year ago and now absolutely nothing has changed... I think you have an error in the bug report.
