I can confirm it also. How can we fix this? Necksafer is a must in VR, especially in WWII...

This has come back for me again, I'm now unable to start MT the right way up.
It happened less in the previous version and usually happened after restarting from a DCS crash. I found running the single thread version and then closing and going straight to the MT worked every time. The ST seemed to reset it. But not now.

After several trials I can now get it to work. 
Start MT in flat screen, exit and restart in VR. I have Necksafe installed.

Are you running DCS using 'run as administrator' mode? 

I have a problem where I notice if I run as administrator, it works fine for me, but if I don't run as administrator I have this weird upside down issue.
