It looks like a memory issue. Set a 32GB pagefile or lower DCS Preload Radius setting, or both.

What exactly does preload radius do? I still have CTD.

You still have lot of Out of memory errors.

12GB of RAM is definitely not enough to enter multiplayer server, especially the one with several AI units and high players count. It's also below the minimum system requirements.

You can try to increase more the pagefile settings, but your performance will be definitely affected if you use your disk as RAM.
If you want play multiplayer, I recommend to upgrade at least to 32GB of RAM your system.
