Operation Cage the Bear - Interception mission - not progressing?

Hi,

Played this mission for the first time. I clear the sky along the other F14s over bullseye area. I get no radio call to RTB. When I request a picture from awacs it says it's clean.

I returned to the boat and completed a case III recovery. When I landed, again, no message that I completed the mission. In the campaign menu I get a 'draw' for the mission.

I have a logfile if needed. 

Is this a bug?

Just in case, make sure you engage only the aircraft you're ordered to.

Hi!

the mission is called ‘interception’. 

I actually didn’t get any order. AWACS calls the fighters hot and they were around 50nm when I turned hot on them.

did I attack prematurely? 50nm is a pretty close threat

There's no such mission in Reforger I campaign.

title is changed accordingly.

That's @kaba's campaign, let's wait for his comment. Check again the mission briefing details in the meantime, just to make sure.

Maybe this problem:

Flew it again, turned hot a bit later once my wingman did, got the ‘strike package destroyed’ message this time

still didn’t get the mission complete after completing case III or RTB call

i can provide track files as needed.

Thanks for flagging this - sorry it's taken me a while to respond.

I'll look into this and get a fix over to Heatblur when I sort it out.

Hello. I've sent the fixed missions to Heatblur. In the meantime and so you do not have to wait for an update, you can use these attached. Replace the files under the same name in your F14 campaign folder (DCS\Mods\aircraft\F14\Missions\Campaigns\Operation Cage The Bear)

Thank you! The first File named "CTB CS" i guess thats for the SuperCarrier version?

Yep. I have updated both versions. So whichever campaign versiom you are playing, these should fix.

I've just noticed the updates haven't made it into the Open Beta yet. I'll try these files next time.
