Mirrors have terrible resolution now

I just started the F-14 after a while and as you can see my mirrors have an embarassing resolution, settings are pretty much maxed out.

Mirror quality is set in DCS options > system > res. of cockpit displays.

I have it set to 1024 every frame, and I have this problem only with the f-14, others modules are fine.

(no mods installed, open beta release)

Deleted fxo and metashaders from /saved games/dcs/ ?

Default gfx driver settings?

That's how it is then. Just checked mirrors in F-14 and F-15 - they look the same quality wise - they never were full resolution renders.

But used to look way better though, a bit blurry and with some aliasing yes, but not potato like

Turn off motion blur

Motion blur was already off, i tried maxing everything out and still nothing, also did a repair with no improvement, can you confirm that this is only my problem and on your systems it is normal?

Btw this happens both is ST and MT

Looks syill blurred but less than mine. Hopefully this will be fixed

it's probably your resolution setting, you are playing on 3840x2160 and therefore notice the much lower resolution of displays/mirrors (1024 px)

@draconus for example uses 1080p, that makes the difference between 3D and mirrors much less noticeable
