How do I reset the level indicator?

After landing, repairing etc. I notice the level indicator is crooked.

How do I reset this?

You can't. It will reset itself after some time.

...or at least it should, but seems to be somewhat unreliable. @AngryViper.101 you might take a look at page two of this thread for possible workaround for the problem:

It seems to be working properly after last update. I flew it a little bit and it corrected itself pretty quickly. Someone else can confirm that?
