reported "Run the starter" keybind not implemented

There is a keybind in the controls menu to request the ground crew to run the starter, but it's just a placeholder. Can we please have this implemented? It's annoying having to go through the communications menu every time you do the startup procedure. This is just as much a core feature as the "rearm" and "ready precontact" quick access keybinds.
