I'm never good at Air refueling, but I usually manage.

Tonight I experience something I've never had issue with before: I am connected, I'm told "you're getting fuel" but my fuel gauge doesn't go up... It keeps slowly dropping

Never had that before, what would be the issue?

Did you have the probe set to internal only, or both internal and external? I've had it with internal only that it wouldn't give fuel.

To be honest I've always set it the same way, but maybe this time I did it differently. I'll double-check and test again, thank you for your help.

Yes, check your probe switch position.  It is a 3 position.  Down is off and stowed, middle is internal fuel only, full up is internal fuel and tanks.

i found that if set to internal only you can generally get to 12500 lbs and it will stop.  In full up (tanks included) you can get as much as 20,000 lbs total.

I also hardly ever look at the gauge.  I rely on Jester and JestHer to tell me where I'm at.  I too am hyperfocused on the pod (not the basket).  The refueler can do barrel rolls and loop de loops and I will follow him in and not even know because I am that focused on the pod.
