Take off ground mod

Hello! I used to have a small mod that allows for any plane to be placed in the ME as take off from ground cold. Could a kind soul please point me in the right direction to retreive this again?

Isn't it already implemented into the game? 

It definitly is for some, but I'm not sure anymore if it's also implemented for all aircraft.

This is currently allowed for all planes, with the restriction that the plane in question must be player controlled (i.e. Skill Level is "Player" or "Client"). AI planes can't take off from ground cold, they must use a slot at an airfiled/carrier

As @cfrag has mentioned. Player controlled aircraft only.

As you might imagine, AI pathing would be a problem. For AI helicopters (and iirc Harrier) take off from ground is an option, but obviously they then simple take off vertically.
