Pnguin9999 Posted August 18, 2023 Posted August 18, 2023 I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but its driving me bananas. When flying the UH-1H in the Syria map I get a beacon that I can't turn off. Easy comms off, all radios off, marker beacon volume off. Nothing seems to stop it. Its probably something simple I'm missing. Please help. "There is no problem that can't be solved with the proper application of the correct amount of explosives." Every Demo NCO. razo+r Posted August 18, 2023 Posted August 18, 2023 If you listen to the identifier code you can find out which beacon transmits and then check the corresponding equipment if that radio or volume knob is on. 1
Pnguin9999 Posted August 18, 2023 Author Posted August 18, 2023 I'll give it a try, thanks. "There is no problem that can't be solved with the proper application of the correct amount of explosives." HILOK Posted September 27, 2023 Posted September 27, 2023 @Pnguin9999 have you tried the NAV switch (most right on signal dist panel)? should turn all nav equipment audio signals off...
Pnguin9999 Posted October 22, 2023 Author Posted October 22, 2023 I ended up changing the frequency, even though there were no beacons nearby on 116.000.
