Submarine Submersion & Surface

Hello,

How is SP and DP incorporated into the Chinese Submarine Model 093? I created a Russian Destroyer Ushakov Sovremenny Class Destroyer and i noticed the SP & DP was somehow incorporated into the mod.  However, i don't know what i done to create it. I created a 688i SSN Submarine based off the Chinese Submarine 093 but it doesn't appear.  Is it a foreign vessel thing or what is it? See examples below. Thanks.
