VSN F-104G Please Help a DCS Newbie

I have been unsuccessful in getting the VSN F-104G mod to show up in DCS

I keep getting the same error message that I dont understand:

This error keeps DCS from starting up. Please help a newbie get this bird flying on my system..My Dad flew both the F-104C and G models in the USAF and Id like to experience this higher level detail mod. Thanks
