Using the X:START LISTEN COMMAND to detect the user pressing PTT

Hello,

On the F-15E, I want a trigger to detect when the user presses the MIC switch FWD or AFT, using this trigger actions:

X:START LISTEN COMMAND (3118, "PTT Radio 1", 1, -10000000, 10000000,4)

X:START LISTEN COMMAND (3119, "PTT Radio 2", 1, -10000000, 10000000,4)

However, this trigger sets the PTT Radio 1 or 2 flags just once, the first time I press the MIC switch. Have not been able to have it set the flag the secomd time the user presses the switch. The third parameter is "Hit Count", suposedly the flag will be true only after that amount of command presses, but I've tried to set it to 2, 3, etc but it doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone know how can I reset the START LISTEN COMMAND so that I could use it to detect multiple occurences of the same event?

Thanks a lot for any help.

Eduardo

Hi @Rudel_chw the only way I can think of to achieve multiple user presses of the same switches is as per the attached simple mission format attached. I hope this helps. Cheers.

Thank you so much for the help, it works ... will play with your mission a bit, to see if I can modify it to work with a Switched condition trigger and a fixed set of flags, will let you know how it went  🙂

Cheers!

Hi again,

Thanks for placing me on the correct path with this trigger action, I ended up editing it like this:

It can reliably detect any amount of presses on the F-15E Mic switch 👍
