So. I am trying recently to ude LD-10's in active mode. Usualy I fly on servers that have set up waypoints and I can double check on map if I set up my navigarion correctly. Now if I remeber correctly, LD-10 in nav mode should follow current waypoint which acts as SPI and take radar target at given location right?

What usualy happens to me (In some 90 %) of cases is that damn thing goes haywire, turns, like today 30-40 degrees to right and hits friendly radars. I got no clue how and why. SO I was hoping that someone  might ofer some help or shed some light on this.

Also I recently found video on YT that suggesting if I carry KG-600 jammer pod and power it on, that aircraft uses its computational power to calculate target distances and place it on HSD. TO note on todays haywire mishap i did not used those, so...any help on this is apreciated.

SO far I am dissapointed with sead "capabilities".

I think you may need to check the SPI,If you only switched waypoints,At this time, the SPI will be designated by the AG radar. The SPI will also be maintained at the coordinates of the previous waypoint by the radar,You need to re-attach the new waypoint on the AG radar.

Track please, also as far as DCS is concerned. The LD-10 has no ability to differentiate friend from foe, or select precise targets. It will go for the first emitter within it's FOV. If its making a 180 and attacking things outside of its FOV, track please.

Doesn't really happen to me, ld10 does have an calibration timer of i believe 2m, mine acted the way you described when I didn't calibrate. Also note that if the waypoint you fire at does not or suddenly does not emit radiation, the ld10 will reselect the closes radiation to that point, and that might just so well be a friendly. That's as far as my experience and do note that since the recent update, thing got quite different.

LD-10 notes do warn that if an emitter of interest stops, it can select another emitter if nearby.

There is no way to tell the missile to "kill only this target type". You need to fire it only whern the target of interest is active and hope for the best.

@uboats Here is a short video + tracks

Does the new "degrade Red GPS" from ED, affect the LD-10 too ?

EDIT : I have done some test with LD-10 in blue side and the accuracy is way better, then yes, it affect LD-10 too.
Somtimes i do a direct hit or just near the taget, and no damage, that's very strange.

if the accuracy for bluefor is fine, then let's wait and see what ED will do
