Can the new Athos sight of the L-variant be properly used in VR?

Only tried the M variant with vivianne camera so far and wonder if this new modeled athos sight of L variant can be used in VR? Does this work properly?

I haven't tested it in VR myself - but this video @25:21 suggests it works fine in VR.
